To do this, you need to crush a few grams of its seeds (no more than three) and fill them with boiled water (approximately 190-210 ml.). After half an hour, you should strain the drink with the help of available tools and pour into it a little boiled water (slightly cooled).
  2. Broth recipe. The decoction is traditionally made from the roots of the plant. To prepare, you need to grind the main ingredient and pour boiling water over it (about 190-210 ml.). Chopped roots need to boil for two minutes, and then let it brew. After 10 minutes, strain with the help of available tools and cool to the temperature necessary for you.
  3. Recipe tinctures. The tincture is made from fennel herb.Greens need to chop and pour boiling water. After one hour, strain.
  4. Recipe dill water. It is believed that “dill water” based on fennel essential oil is the most effective for children. To prepare this water you need the essential oil of the plant (take 0.05 grams) dissolved in a liter of boiled water (room temperature). This medicine should be stored in the refrigerator. Shake well before use.

In general, before, "dill water" was very common, it could easily be purchased at any pharmacy. However, now it is difficult to find it anywhere, and even if you find it, the price will not please you.

  3. In the period from the seventh to the twelfth month: the portion size should be within the permissible limits (150-200 ml per day).

Water treatment

For troubled children make special water procedures with the content of fennel. Recipes for water procedures with fennel:

  1. Soothing action. Fennel and chamomile herbs are used (one tbsp) and wheat grass and licorice root (two tbsp.) Are added.
  2. For skin problems. Use fennel seeds, oregano and thyme (two tablespoons).
