Description
- Representatives of the mushroom species are attributed to the family row and the genus govorushki. In common people they are called differently, including a gray row and a smoky gray talk. All names come from the characteristic shade of fruit bodies. They are kind of smoky.
- Now we will study overall features. The hat is 4-14 cm in diameter, but there are specimens with a top of 20 cm. The format of the hat is rounded, the edges are bent inward and directed downwards.The older the fungus, the smoother its edging. In the center there is a hill, the edges become wavy.

- It is necessary to leave with a basket in the forest at the end of summer, the peak is in the middle of August and lasts until the middle of autumn. But if the weather favors, then they can be found in November.

- Considered fruit bodies do not belong to the category of poisonous mushrooms. However, among the experienced mushroom pickers, controversial controversy continues to this day. Some argue that it is better not to consume the specimens, because they can harm the body.

- Consider, during the preparation of the fruits, they are strongly boiled. Therefore, from 1 kg. mushrooms, you can only fill a jar of no more than 1 liter. Separately, it is worth mentioning that the specimens in question are often damaged by worms, of which there are many.

- Externally, fruiting bodies are similar to entom. Just the last mushrooms are poisonous. Entoloma is grayish and powdery. The plates in the poisonous fungus have a pinkish tint. At the same time the flesh is painted white. In general, such an instance has a thinner structure.
- Such signs can only be considered conditional. Therefore, it is foolish to rely solely on such facts. Because of this, you can easily make a mistake when collecting mushrooms.The main difference of the gray talker is a pleasant floral scent. It is on this criterion that the emphasis must be placed.
