  4. Put the pencil down, turn right and look over your shoulder. Lightly pressing on the cheek or temple with your palm, try to return to the starting position. The head tries to overcome pressure and makes pendulum movements, flexing the muscles of the neck and thoracic region. 30 - 40 reps, then turn the other way.
  5. Lie belly down on the floor, arms straightened along the body. Rest your forehead against the ground and extend the upper limbs above your head, without bending your elbows. Hold for 4-6 seconds, take the initial position.

Exercises 1, 3 and 4 can be done with weighting. Small dumbbells that weigh no more than 0.5 kg or half-liter water bottles will do. Attach them to the head, holding hands, and make turns and bends.

It is recommended to knead the muscles in the morning to wake up the body, and in the evening, as well as during the lunch break.

Folk methods of dealing with osteochondrosis
