Black spots on the face or as they are also called “camendones” are formed due to the increased production of subcutaneous fat. Dust adheres to the skin and clogs the pores, and dead skin particles of the epidermis do not allow for proper cleaning. It is for these reasons that advertised tonics are not able to remove pollution. It is possible to get rid of camendones only by an integrated approach, which includes the steaming of the skin and the exfoliation of keratinized particles together with the removal of the plugs from the ducts of the sebaceous glands.
Step 1. Steaming the skin
You can not get rid of pollution, if you do not pre-open the pores. Baths and hot compresses are used for this purpose.
Before proceeding with the procedure, consider people who are contraindicated in steam treatment.
- At risk are women with hormonal disorders, painful menstruation and general PMS.
- Steaming is not recommended for people suffering from asthma, unstable blood pressure, cardiac muscle arrhythmias, and those with capillaries located close to the surface (marked vascular network).
- Girls with impaired endocrine system, in particular, obvious skin diseases and redness, should find alternative methods for opening the pores. The same applies to ladies with sensitive skin.
Compresses
Compresses not only perfectly cope with the opening of the pores, they also struggle with dehydration of the skin, promote accelerated cell regeneration, exfoliate dead skin particles of the epidermis.

After that, take a recumbent position and leave the compress on the face for a quarter of an hour. When it starts to cool, soak in the broth and re-attach to the skin.

It is important to understand that steam dries the skin, like ultraviolet rays or chemicals.Do not mistakenly rely on the fact that the air is humid. If you have sensitive skin, open the pores with this method no more than once every 14 days. Owners of oily skin should increase the number of procedures up to two times in 12 days. Ladies with normal and combined epidermis will need one procedure in 10 days.
