Boil rice. Fry nuts in a dry frying pan (2-3 minutes). Cut into cubes or rings zucchini (as you like), salt and fry in oil until golden brown. Chop garlic and dill, nuts can be crushed. Pour the dressing with oil, you can also add a little lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.Mix corn, rice and zucchini with dressing and serve.
Spicy recipe from Asia
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. rice;
- 300 g shrimp;
- 150 grams of green beans;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- green onions;
- chilli;
- ginger root;
- sesame oil (2-3 spoons).
Boil rice and thaw shrimp. Heat sesame oil in a deep frying pan and podzolote in it over a slow fire crushed garlic and ginger in equal proportions. Add the chopped haricot beans, after a few minutes - the shrimp. Then add rice, chopped pepper and onion, stirring well. To enhance the flavor in the dish, you can add oyster sauce. Bring to readiness and serve. Snack is good in hot and cold.
Dessert Red Rice
It will take:
- 1.5 Art. rice.
- 3 spoons of honey.
- Vegetable oil (olive or corn).
- 150 g of nut mix: almonds, cashew, walnut, nutmeg.
- 50 g sweet raisins.
- 1 medium apple.
- 1 thick peach.
- Cloves or other spices to taste.
Boil the rice, wash the raisins, and if necessary, soak it in warm water. Grind the nut mixture in a mortar or blender by coarse grinding and fry in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes.Slice the fruit into slices, heat the butter in the pan and fry it a little on both sides, add honey and spices, then simmer until the flavor goes. Mix fruit with rice, nuts and raisins. Dessert can be served warm or cold.
