  2. Pour a sufficient amount of oil into the pan, heat it. Send onion and squid rings to the heated container, fry the products for about 2 minutes. Add sugar, mix well.
  3. After the sand has dissolved, add fire to maximum power. Pour in soy sauce, add garlic and spices to taste, mix the ingredients thoroughly, cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  1. Thawed seafood naturally, rinse squid thoroughly. Next, proceed to cooking the marinade, combine the finely chopped garlic and chopped lemon, along with the zest. Leave the squid in the mixture for 30-40 minutes.
  2. After that, start cooking the batter, mix the chicken egg, 80 ml. cold mineral water, flour, spices to taste. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until smooth. At the end, pour in the remains of sparkling water, stir the components again.
  3. Pour the marinade, dry the calamari rings with a napkin. Next, send the seafood in batter. Make sure the squids are completely soaked with battering. Heat the butter in a deep, thick-bottomed frying pan, send the seafood to red-hot containers.
  4. For convenience, put one ringlet into the pan with a wooden spatula. Such a move will help the test not to spread. Fry the product until crispy on both sides. After cooking, lay the squid rings on parchment paper. Wait for excess oil to drain.

  1. To improve the taste and beneficial properties, sesame seeds can be added to the components of the batter. The product contains large amounts of calcium and nutrients.
