Salad with crab sticks for its popularity can compete with Olivier, vinaigrette and Caesar. The dish is served to the festive table and consumed on weekdays. Traditionally, the salad is prepared on the basis of canned corn and crab meat. Ingredients such as cucumber, rice, onions are added at the discretion.  How to cook crab salad

Salad with crab meat and kiwi

  • Table mustard (liquid consistency) - 55 gr.

  1. Thaw crab meat, let the excess water drain. Then cut the product into slices (thin plates). Send to the salad bowl first layer.
  2. Boil the chicken egg, separate the proteins and chop them finely. Pound the yolks with mayonnaise and mustard using a blender. Peel kiwi, rinse to remove villi, chop into cubes.
  3. Rinse green onion feathers, chop into circles. Rinse the cucumbers, spare the vegetables from the tips, cut along. Then chop each half with dolets. Drain the corn.

  3. Boil steamed rice until tender and dry a little on the sieve. Salt, send to the salad bowl. Chop crab sticks conveniently.

  3. Crush crab sticks or meat, cucumbers. Make a sauce by combining liquid mustard (table) with mayonnaise, sour cream, spices and salt. Fill with dressing salad, eat in a cooled state.
