What is the use of flax seeds?
Flax seeds have a significant amount of useful properties, so they are successfully used both in medicine and in cooking. Their regular use:
- reduces cholesterol and blood sugar;
- restores the normal functioning of the liver and brain;
- boosts immunity;
- It has a positive effect on the organs of vision and skin.
Flax seeds are rich in:
- Vitamins A, B, E, P, which are necessary for all layers of the skin and normalize fat metabolism in the body.
- Vitamins Omega-3 and Omega-6, necessary for the normal functioning of the heart, brain and nervous system.
- Cellulose, restoring the normal functioning of the intestine and its disposal of fecal masses.
- Phytoestrogens, in other words, the hormones of youth.
- Polysaccharides, which due to their bactericidal properties help in the fight against ulcers and gastritis.
In addition, linamarin sheath contains linamarin, which improves the functioning of the digestive organs.
Purification process

For the preparation of such a mixture, ground seeds and kefir are necessary, the fat content of which is 1-1.5%. This cocktail is used instead of your usual breakfast for 30 days according to the following schedule:
- 1st week - a glass of kefir / tablespoon of crushed seeds;
- 2nd week - a glass of kefir / 2 tablespoons of ground seeds;
- the remaining period is a glass of kefir / 3 tablespoons of ground seeds.
The following diet will suit this cocktail:
- While you drink kefir with flax, completely eliminate from the diet sweet, flour and alcoholic beverages.
- Eating break at 5-6 times a day, each of which will eat a small portion of food.
- In your diet should prevail vegetables, fruits, fish and dairy products.
- During the day you should drink at least 2 liters of water.

Contraindications
No matter how good the means of purification is flax, every panacea has its own prohibitions. You should not start cleaning the body with flax seeds if you have:
- cholecystitis and similar bowel diseases;
- colitis;
- cirrhosis of the liver;
- inflammation of the eye cornea;
- pancreatitis;
- hepatitis;
- gallstone or urolithiasis;
- period of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
