Useful berries
At elevated temperatures, plenty of drink is recommended. Warm teas and decoctions save the body from dehydration and stimulate sweating. Antipyretic and antibacterial properties have:

- raspberry berries and leaves;
- black and red currants;

- cups of hot milk;
- a few spoons of honey;
- chopped cloves of garlic.
