Particularly popular snacks of this kind are gaining in children and adolescents. As a result, many housewives prefer to cook the product on their own, thereby saving money earned. The basis of the cheeseburger is meat patty, tomatoes and cheese. Additional components include leaf lettuce, sauce, onions.
How to cook a cheeseburger bun

- Yeast dough is used to make cheeseburger buns, so the sponge is prepared first. Mix 300 ml into one mixture. Milk with 450 gr. sifted flour, knead until smooth, add yeast. It is mandatory to heat the milk before mixing, otherwise the yeast will not begin to ferment. After mixing, leave the mixture at room temperature, covered with a towel. Hold for 1 hour, during this period the sponge will rise.
- When the specified period comes to an end, add the remains of sifted flour to the brew, add salt and granulated sugar. Melt the butter under natural conditions, add the egg yolk, mix until smooth with a fork or a whisk. Add to the dough, mash the composition to full elasticity. Cover with a thick cloth, leave for another 2 hours until the mixture is 2 times larger.
- When the dough comes to the desired consistency, do not knead it. Carefully chop the composition into 12 sections, dipping the knife in boiling water.Cover the resulting pieces with a towel and leave for half an hour. After that, you can proceed to the formation of buns. Mash each piece separately, give a rounded shape to the surface of the roll, and tilt the edges down.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or mix parchment paper. Put the buns at a certain distance from each other, push down on the surface, giving the desired plane. Again, leave the dough for 1.5-2 hours. Turn on the oven, removing the pan from the cavity. Heat the device to 200 degrees, adjust the temperature so that it does not “jump”.
- Mix the rest of the milk with the chicken yolk, whisk with a mixer, let the froth settle. Using a brush or sponge, lubricate the surface of each loaf to get a ruddy crust. Powder with white sesame, send the dough to bake for a third of an hour. At the end of the period immediately get the rolls, otherwise they will dry. Cook them cheeseburger after cooling.
