You will feel the tension in the chest muscles, if possible, hold as much as you can. Then relax, do 12 repetitions.
  5. The following exercise is known to all from physical education lessons - push-ups. If you allow physical training, perform the task, standing on your toes. In cases of low activity, lean your knees on the floor or wring out from the sofa (palms are on the floor, knees bent abut the corner of the bed). Perform 4 sets of 15 times.

Stand in a bath or shower, rub the breasts of the resulting mass, at the same time do a massage. The duration of the procedure should be at least 20 minutes, then rinse with water. Cover the skin of the breast with thick honey, apply gauze, and leave for 25-30 minutes. Remove the gauze, rinse the bust with contrasting water, lubricate the skin with cream.
  5. Watermelon. Take the watermelon pulp, chop it into small pieces, send it to the freezer for 15 minutes.   6. Orange and yogurt. Squeeze the juice from one orange, rub the zest into porridge using a blender or a grater, mix with the juice, add wheat flour to make a pasty mixture. Pour in natural fat-free yogurt, apply the mixture on the skin with a thick layer, place the food film on top, wait 25 minutes. After time, remove the polyethylene, leave the composition for another half an hour.   7. Strawberry. To prepare the mask, you can use both fresh and frozen strawberries. Take 15-20 medium-sized berries, chop them in a blender, add cane sugar and porridge in the same proportions. In the end, you should have a consistency mass that resembles thick sour cream. Distribute it evenly over the chest, leave for 15 minutes. Next, make a massage, brushing your hands with heavy cream, rinse with warm water, use a scrub and cream.
  8. Eggs and vitamin A. Take a vial of vitamin A, 2 egg yolks, 1 jar of natural low-fat yogurt (100 gr.), Add 40 gr. finely ground flakes, knead the mixture to a state of uniformity.Use as a scrub, rubbing the neckline and chest for 5 minutes. Next, leave the mask for half an hour, rinse, apply light serum or cream.
