How to make baked milk at home

  3. The readiness of the product is determined by the cream tone. If the result is achieved, remove the composition from the stove. Wait for complete cooling in a natural way. Keep the milk cold.

  1. Bring to a boil 3 liters of homemade milk in the classic way. Stir in the hot composition 200 gr. natural cream. Allow the product to cool slightly, in the meantime melt the oven to 90 degrees.

  2. Pre-heat the thermos with boiling water, pour in the hot milk. Close the container tightly, wait for the infusion. After 7 hours, the baked milk will be ready. It is important not to open the thermos during cooking.
