Octopus with pepper and ricotta

  • 200 grams of potatoes;
  • 8 small tomatoes;
  • 6 pieces of red and yellow sweet pepper;
  • 600 g octopus;
  • 8 cloves of garlic;
  • two and a half glasses of ricotta;
  • one and a half cup of heavy cream;
  • green onions 100 g;
  • 50 g of dill and parsley;
  • 4 sprigs of thyme;
  • 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar;
  • 9 tbsp. teriyaki sauce;
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 1 liter of olive oil;
  • paprika, salt and ground black pepper to your own taste.
  1. Wash the peppers thoroughly, coat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet covered with foil. Put in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into 5 mm thick slices, boil them in water until half cooked. It will take three to four minutes after the water boils.
  3. Mix the cheese, cream and ground pepper with a mixer or a whisk. Then put in a pastry syringe, pre-grind the mixture through a sieve.
  4. Hot peppers after baking free from the skin, which is now easily removed, and the seeds inside. Pour over 200 milliliters of olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and thyme. Stir and marinate.

  9. Put potatoes, green onions, peppers, grilled tomatoes and octopus on a serving dish. Squeeze ricotta cream on them and pour all around with green oil.

  • four hundred grams of squid;
  • two hundred grams of octopus;
  • 12 royal or tiger prawns;
  • three hundred grams of cherry tomatoes;
  • six cloves of garlic;
  • half a bunch of parsley;
  • two rosemary branches;
  • a couple of tablespoons of olive oil;
  • salt and black pepper to taste.
  1. Peel the shrimp, cut the squid in the form of rings, and octopus dice about three centimeters.
  2. Cut the greens, cut the tomatoes in half.
  3. Chop garlic into thin slices.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Then put the garlic in there, when the aroma comes from it, you should add the prepared seafood and fry for one or two minutes.
