  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 65-70 gr.
  1. Pre-clean the carrot from the top layer. This can be done with a knife or a special device for vegetables.Then rinse and dry on towels, then rub.
  2. If there is no grater, chop the root vegetable first with plates, then strips along. Also suitable tool for cooking carrots in Korean. Act on the situation.
  3. Grind hard cheese or grind into small squares. Stir in carrots. Wash, dry and chop the dill without stalks.
  4. Squeeze the garlic through a special press. Combine all available ingredients. Add sour cream or mayonnaise (both components can be in equal proportions). Salt the dish and serve.

  • carrot - 140 gr.

  1. Take care of the carrot. It must be cleaned from the upper layer using a hard iron sponge. After that, the root is rinsed under a tap and dried. Then rubbed on a large grater.
  2. Prepare the garlic: remove the top layer from it, immerse it in a special press, skip it in mush. Stir in carrots. Boil the beets, cool, remove the top layer and rub.
  3. Combine all the listed components, fill with salt and oil. Add lemon juice to emphasize the taste. To make the dish full, boiled beans are added.

  • half lemon

  2. Free the apple from the middle, at will save the fruit from the skin. Rub a large grater and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apples do not turn black.
  3. Free the carrots from the upper layer using a hard iron sponge or a special device for cleaning vegetables. Wash, rub, mix with apple.
  4. Pour all kinds of nuts into a hot, non-stick frying pan. Immediately begin to stir and simultaneously fry. After 5 minutes, turn off the stove. Crush nuts or leave in this form.

  2. Immediately sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice so that they remain light and do not spoil the look of the salad. Then take a carrot, it needs to be cleaned and grated on a large grater.
  3. Combine the ingredients, season with salt. Here, cut the parsley leaves, season with olive oil (you can take corn). Mix everything thoroughly, serve with black bread.

Salad with cabbage and grated carrots

  • granulated sugar (reed better) - 20 gr.
  • white or red cabbage - 0.3 kg.
  • carrot - 0.2 kg.
  • oil for pouring - 40 ml.
  • vinegar concentration of 6% (better than apple) - in fact
  • freshly ground pepper - 2 chips
  • salt to taste
  • dill - 20-25 grams.
  1. Choose a young cabbage salad with it turns out juicy and tasty. Crush the amount of prescription by chopping in the usual way. Clean the carrots, rub with large chips. Mix with cabbage and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Separately combine the oil, salt with sugar, apple cider vinegar. Fill the basic ingredients with this composition and mix well. Remember to make up your hands to cabbage juice.
  3. Rinse the dill, chop it, separating it from the stems. Add to the main bowl. Pepper and let the salad cool. Serve with any second course. Perfect meat, mushrooms, seafood and fish.

Carrot and Ham Salad

  • Korean carrot - 220 gr.
  • pickled corn - 100 gr.
  • ham - 160 gr.
  • mayonnaise - 30 gr.
  • dill - 20 gr.
  • garlic - 2 teeth
  1. Chop the ham into thin strips. Pass the peeled carrots through the grater. Chop greens and garlic.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a common cup. Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Salad ready.

Salad from carrot and hunting sausages

  • soy sauce - 35 ml.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • ground pepper - to taste
  • Sausages - 2 pcs.
  • mustard - 8 gr.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Grind carrots on a coarse grater. Combine prepared root vegetable with soy sauce. For an extra flavor, you can add a blend of Italian herbs. Dab in the hands of carrots in soy sauce.
  2. Cucumber must be chopped into thin strips. Consider the quantity of vegetables to your taste. Do the same with the Bulgarian pepper, as with the cucumber. Slice the hunting sausages on arbitrary pieces.
  3. In a separate container, mix the ready mustard, ground pepper and olive oil. Get away from homogeneous products. Combine all the ingredients, season with sauce. Stir the ingredients thoroughly, leave for 15 minutes.

Carrot and raisin salad

  • raisins - 35 gr.
  • nuts (any) - 30 gr.
  • carrots - 210 gr.
  • ground cinnamon - 2 gr.
    sugar - 25 gr.
  • Cream thick - 100 gr.
  1. Rinse the raisins with running water in a colander. Wait for the full runoff. After that, place the dried fruit in a bowl with hot water. After some time, the raisins should swell. If you prefer to add other dried fruits, resort to the same procedure.
  2. In parallel, clean and wash the carrots. Grate a fresh root vegetable on a large grater. Choose any kind of nuts, fry or dry if necessary. Walk on the product with a rolling pin. You should have small pieces of nuts.
  3. No need for nuts to achieve a homogeneous mass or dust. Re-strain the raisins so that the moisture is completely glass. Connect all components in a common container. In a separate cup, mix the cream, cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Wait for the sand to dissolve, then dress the prepared products with the sauce. Mix all ingredients, leave for some time to insist. After that, you can serve the salad to the second course.

Salad with carrots onions and meat

  • Beef - 160 gr.
  • parsley - 25 gr.
  • onion - 130 gr.
  • ground pepper - to taste

  1. Remove from the onions peel, chop the vegetable into half rings. Connect 200 ml. purified water and 90 ml. table vinegar. Place chopped onion in the above solution for half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the beef under the tap and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, send the product to fry.Stir in spices to taste. In parallel, rub the washed carrots on a grater.
  3. Place ready root vegetable, roasted meat and pickled onions in a common cup. If necessary, season the salad with extra spices. Add the parsley and stir well. Put the salad in the fridge for 2 hours.
